Background
From the initial procurement phase to project completion, Collab Group managed every aspect of the redevelopment. Spanning from procurement through to completion, Collab managed the full project lifecycle — ensuring modern, high-quality outcomes aligned with Aspen’s vision for revitalised apartment living. This included full strip-outs to the base build shells, complete internal renovations with new finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FFE), as well as extensive external building upgrades. Structural remediation works were carried out to address and restore key components, including concrete repairs and full roof replacements.
