Collab is helping deliver a complete rebuilding of classrooms, dormitories, and civic facilities. The redevelopment of the region, backed by regional funding initiatives totalling over K20 million, ensures these institutions can continue operating safely and effectively.

Concurrently, the town revitalisation project provides meaningful employment opportunities for Mendi locals. Workers are supplied with proper PPE onsite and are upskilled through training in various trades, including the safe operation of construction equipment and learning new practical skills, supporting both personal development and the long-term resilience of the community.
