Following the successful integration and initial growth of Quest East Perth, Collab shifted focus to refining the asset and its long-term operational potential. A key component of this phase was the enhancement of the property’s amenities, most notably the transformation of the rooftop into a sophisticated hospitality venue “Folly.” This space was designed not only to elevate the guest experience but also to attract external patrons and events, generating a new revenue stream and improving the property's visibility in the competitive Perth hospitality market.
Collab also implemented a series of strategic upgrades across operations to improve the overall guest experience.
