Collab identified the opportunity and facilitated its acquisition, integrating it into the group’s hospitality investment portfolio. Following the successful integration and initial growth of Quest East Perth, Collab shifted focus to refining the asset and its long-term operational potential. A key component of this phase was the enhancement of the property’s amenities, most notably the transformation of the rooftop into a sophisticated hospitality venue “Folly.” This space was designed not only to elevate the guest experience but also to attract external patrons and events, generating a new revenue stream and improving the property's visibility in the competitive Perth hospitality market.
Collab also implemented a series of strategic upgrades across operations to improve the overall guest experience.
